More detail on this person: Rodney S. Griffith 64, of Lockhart died on August 21, 2003. He was born on May 15, 1939 in Belton, Texas to Paul W. and Susan P. (Saylor) Griffith.

Visitation services were held on Sunday, August 24, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at McCurdy Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services were held on Monday, August 25, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at First Methodist Church.

Internment followed in the Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Allen Fielder, Jim Fielder, Dana Garrett, Jessie Kelley, Billy Clark and Fred Buckner.

Mr. Griffith is survived by his wife, Peggy Griffith of Lockhart; sons, R. Todd Griffith of Manchacha, Curtis R. Griffith of Austin; daughter, Christina D. Griffith of Clear Lake; brother Dr. Donald P. Griffith and wife Beverly of Houston; sister, Glenda Ehric and husband David of Durango, Colorado.

Services under the direction of McCurdy Funeral Home.
