More detail on this person: I am the eldest son of Richard C. Ground.

The information that you have regarding my fathers death date is incorrect. His death actually occurred on 7-10-76.

He was involved in a helicopter accident in Jakarta Indonesia and he was air lifted to Australia for medical care but to no avail.

I don't recall what unit he was with in Vietnam, and I believe he was there sometime from 1967/68 thru 1969/70.

Just thought you should have the correct information.
