More detail on this person: Howard Davis Gifford Howard Davis Gifford Jr., 49, were held September 2 in the chapel of Avant Funeral Home in Alexandria, TN. Father Mark Fuller officiated with interment in Hillview Cemetery. He died August 29 at Columbia Stones River Hopsital in Woodbury from injuries substained in an automobole accident. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam Conflict and worked for TWS Construction in Seattle, WA. as a carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Margarette Stokes Gifford of Alexandria, one daughter, Adrienna Gifford of Alexandria; one son ; Garrett Gifford of Alexandria; his mother and stepfather; Wanda Swann and David Hillsheim of Alexandria; and one step-son; Justin Jackson of Belleville, ILL. Avant Funeral Home of Alexandria was in charge of arrangements.
