He was the owner of Kay-Lyn Worm Farm. He was a retired Army major and a member of the Retired Officers Association. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Loretta M.; two daughters, Linda Holt and Karen Ciampaglia, both of Tampa; two brothers, Paul, North Baltimore, Ohio, and Grant, Ohio; a sister, Joan Ducat, Perrysburg, Ohio; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
