More detail on this person: LTC Billy Rhea Goodall Billie Rhea Goodall was the son of Granville and Mildred Williams Goodall. He was a 1950 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Bill choose a career in the US Army and was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He received both the bronze and silver star. He retired as a Lt. Colonel.
