Mr. Graf was a retired Army colonel and veteran of World War II, and the Korean and Vietnam wars. Born in Toledo, Ohio, he moved to Central Florida in 1994. He was a member of Advent Lutheran Church. Survivors: wife, Bettye S.; son, John A. Jr., Maryville, Tenn.; brother, Tom Garf, Monroe, Mich.; sister, Selma Hillard, Monroe; seven grandchildren. Brownlie & Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne.
