More detail on this person: UH-1 crash with Blanton at Ft. Campbell, KY. Killed were SSG Mifflin Tichenor in that UH1 along with CW2 Howard W. Blanton, Jr.; 2LT Willam Groce, and David A. Green who all perished in that crash at Ft Campbell, KY on 4/25/72. All were 101st Airborne.

While with 101 AVN A/C crashed on a training mission near the Corregidore Drop Zone due to mast bumping. At the time of the crash non-rated 2LT Groce was in the pilot's seat flying the aircraft.
