'Copter Trainee Dies in Crash MINERAL WELLS, Nov. 11 - An Army helicopter crashed into a thicket Wednesday night at the Ft. Wolters military reservation, killing 2nd Lt. Michael A. Galaida of Raritan, N.J. The 23 year-old was on a training flight. Survivors include his father, Michael Andrew Galaida of Raritan and his mother, Rose S. Galaida of Manville, N.J.
