More detail on this person: Steven A. Helm
achieved the rank of captain while flying in
Vietnam. After the military he flew helicopters
and jets for Joy Manufacturing in Franklin, Pa.
and was also in the National Guard in Washington,
Pa. Upon moving to Illinois, he was the owner and
