More detail on this person: Thomas W. Hall, LTC, USAR Ret. was rafted into Army before Korean War; attended OCS; Corps of Engineers during Korean War; Army Language School then based in Caracas, Venzeuela as a pilot and Spanish interpreter.

During Vietnam War, flew Huey assault helicopters,ending tour of duty as Company Exec of the 71st Assault Helicopter Company (RATTLERS). Survived a helicopter crash in the South China Sea. Ended Army career as US advisor to the Puerto Rican National Guard. After retirement, remained in Puerto Rico and worked for a private aviation company during which time he was personal campaign pilot of former Puerto Rican governor Hernandez Colon. Returned to US, attended law school and earned JD. Law practices in Decatur, Georgia and St. Marys Georgia. Served term as St. Marys City Judge.

Survivors: Wife, Gretchen, daughters, Jean Hall, Brenda Fritz and Carol Charping, stepsons Andrew and Adam Arrowood and their wives Galina and Heather, 5 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.

Military honors and awards include Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Air Service Medal with V Device, and 8 Oak Leaf Clusters.
