More detail on this person: Cancer.It is with much personal sorrow that I must inform you of the death of our friend and colleague Rod Henderson.

Late afternoon on Wednesday, Oct 24, Rod passed away at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, TX. He had struggled for several days as complications from cancer grew more and more difficult to manage. He was a fighter and was valiant in his efforts to overcome. He will be missed.

Arrangements for services will be managed by West Oak Funeral Home in Sulphur Springs (903.885.0787). Services are tentatively scheduled for Saturday morning at 10:00am at First United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs.
