More detail on this person: Dear Sir/Madam: I am sad to report the death of VHPA member and my good friend Charles D. Holcomb, of Brownsville, CA, call sign Warlord 18. He died of cancer on January 17, 2021 in a VA medical facility near his home in California. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth. I do not know the names of any other relatives.
