More detail on this person: On August 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Winifred "Wini"; stepfather of Jo-Ann Fountas, Frank Fountas and Sue, George Nader and Montevette and Elaine Taylor and Robert. Also survived by sister-in-law, Stephani Pace; niece, Juana Trevino; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Perry worked at the State Department from 1967 to 2013, except for his service as a decorated U.S. Army helicopter pilot in the Vietnam, B Troop 3/17 AirCav. He was "Santa" to his grandchildren and the children who came to the Occoquan Town Hall. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to The American Cancer Society in his name.

A memorial service will be held at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd., Dale City, VA on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.

The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, concern, and kindness shown to Perry during his lifetime.
