Traveling was one of his favorite things to do. He especially enjoyed the trips in his RV out west to his nephew Kim (now deceased) and his wife Kathy where family get togethers in the mountains were fun and exciting for everyone. Dave was also a big NASCAR fan and attended the races when possible. He enjoyed hanging out in the mornings at Southern Camper in Gulfport, MS with Paul, Glen, Tim, and the rest of the gang for coffee and donuts! When visiting back home he had the same camaraderie with Dave Spangler and the bunch at NAPA in Demotte, IN. Dave will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the many medical personnel along with State Veterans Home in Collins, MS for their professional care and support in caring for Dave during his illness.
