"Hank" Hall of 1265 South Park Drive, Monument, Colorado 80132, died Tuesday, September 28, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Henry was born in Incline, Kentucky on November 30, 1935 to his parents Andrew Milburn Hall and Lottie Hall. He was President of First American Capital Corporation and its Subsidiaries, President and Chairman of the Board of Old Reliance Insurance Co. and Fidelity Standard Life. He was a member of Temple Beit Torah, a Reform Jewish Congregation in Colorado Springs. Major Hall retired from the Army on November 1, 1980 from Fort Sill, Oklahoma. His last position there was Chief, Nuclear Weapons Employment Division, United States Army Field Artillery School. He was an aviator and served two tours in Vietnam. Henry received an Associate of Arts Degree from St. Mary's Seminary Junior College in 1956; a Bachelor of Science Degree from Troy State University in 1968 and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1972. Major Hall graduated first in his class at Officer Candidate School in 1961. His additional military education included the following; Fixed Wing Officer Flight School - 1962, Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course - 1966, Rotary Wing Transition Course - 1968 and Command and General Staff College -1971. Henry was preceded in death by his parents Andrew Milburn and Lottie Hall and his two brothers, Raymond and Chad Hall. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hall of the home, his son, Scott Hall, his sons and daughters-in-law Jeffrey and Iryna Hall and Steven and Faith Hall, his daughters Nancy and Carla Vogel, his grand children Cody, Cassidy, Trent and Clay Hall, his sister and brother-in-law Mae and Robert Depp and many nieces and nephews. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Temple Beit Torah Building Fund, P.O. Box 25909, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80936 or Diabetes Research. A funeral service will be held at Swan Law Funeral Home on Monday, October 4, at 11:00 a.m. Shiva will be observed at the family home, 1265 South Park Dr. Monument, CO. Monday, October 4, at 7:00 p.m.
