More detail on this person: Forest Hadley Hover Forest Hadley Hover, Retired Major U.S. Army, died March 3, 2004. Born Aug. 20, 1941 in Butte, Montana to Clara and Harold Hover, both deceased. Survived by Edna M. Hover, wife of 43 years. Married July 6, 1960. He is also survived by Tammie R. Gregory, daughter; Forest L. Roy Hover, son; and four grandsons: Eric, Ryan, Dylan and Christopher. Mr. Hover was a lifetime member of Deer Lodge #14, Masonic Lodge AF&AM, as well as Warwick #43 Order of the Eastern Star and the International Order of Rainbow Girls. While in the Army, Mr. Hover served with honor in Viet Nam and received many decorations including the National Defense Service Medal, the Viet Nam Service Medal, the Bronze Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Army Commendation Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal. After his service to the Army, Mr. Hover worked eighteen years for Honeywell Engine Systems & Services where he received a lifetime achievement award and several patent awards before retiring in June, 2003. Services will be held Wednesday, March 10th at 9:30am at Lamont Funeral Home, 328 S. Hill St. in Globe. Donations in his memory may be made to the Shriners' Children's Hospital Burn Center, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento CA 95817.
