More detail on this person: Roy Haun TX United States Roy John Haun, Retired US Army CW4 Roy John Haun, 81, passed away Tuesday, November 26th in Pearland, TX. A visitation/funeral service to be held Monday, December 2nd, from 10:30 am to 11:30 at First United Methodist Church, 2314 N. Grand Blvd., Pearland, TX. Full military honors memorial at 2:30 at the US National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX. A decorated combat veteran, his 30 years of service included two Vietnam tours and certification as a dually qualified rotary and fixed wing pilot and instructor. After his military service, was employed by SingerLink, Flight Safety, and Beechcraft in Houston, TX and Wichita, KS. He is a member of the MOAA and Ben Ali Shriners; previously served as Masonic Grand Master. Loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Born June 8, 1932 in Milwaukee, WI, to parents Dorothy Roberts and John Haun. Survived by his wife, Rhee, brother, Bob Lyttle (Nancy), and children Jay, Kay Peterson (Pete), Debbie Wood (Don), Kevin (Agnes), Duane (Lana), Paul (Maggie). Also, survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, family requests charitable contributions to the First United Church of Pearland or Veterans of Foreign Wars.
