More detail on this person: Believed to have died in 1986. He was mentioned and there was a photo of him in Secretary of State Colin Powell's book "My American Journey." Jim broke his back in a crash in which his passenger, a general officer and his aide Colin Powell were also injured. He was medivaced to Japan. from John Haszard July 2003.
