More detail on this person: My father was LTC James Neal Hembree. I'm not sure exactly what update information would be of use, but I can provide a few basics to start: Dad was born on 10/13/29. He died on 2/19/97 at the age of 67 from cancer.

He was a career soldier (Army). He served in the Korean conflict where he was given a battlefield commission. He was awarded the bronze star in Vietnam. He retired as a LTC after 20 years service in 1970.
