More detail on this person: In the fall of 1971 I was assigned to B/4/77th ARA at Camp Eagle.

On November 10th, WO1 Joe Silvia and I were shot down just west of the old FB Leatherneck. I was medivaced to the 85th EVAC in Phu Bai.

John's wife Patti was one of the nurses in the ICU unit and John would come by every night and visit.

Since we were both named Hendrix, John would always make sure we had a good visit.

I am sorry to read of his passing.
