More detail on this person: The information tallies with my father, except for the date of birth. Dad was born in the year 1926, not 1946, making him age 70 when he died. He was indeed an army helicopter pilot and served in Vietnam in 1969. After a few more years in the Army, he retired in Aurora, Colorado, and went to work for the Aurora Police Department. He was retired from his second job when he passed away from a short bout with cancer in 1996.
