More detail on this person: City Mariine killed in blast of helicopter A Minneapolis man was among five Marines killed in a helicopter explosion at the Marine base at Meridian, Miss., Monday morning, according to word received by his family here. He was identified as Capt. Wayne T. Henderson, 29, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Henderson. He wa s a Vietnam War Veteran , having served in the combat zone 10 mont hs in 1967. He entered the service after graduating in 1966 from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business administration. He was a graduate of Edina High School. He was to have been discharged from service May 15. Survivors, besides his parents, include his widow, Susan; their two children, Elizabeth,3, andMichael, Michael, 6 months; and a brother, Air Force Capt. Charles Henderson, now in Athens, Greece.
