More detail on this person: With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack I. Irvin of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack I. Irvin to pay them a last tribute. He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Irvin and Nelda Irvin. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Melius-Irvin; his daughter Kelley Cabrera of Arkansas; his step-children, John Chmiel of New Jersey, Dena Chmiel of Orlando, FL, Traci Chmiel and Nicole Melius of Rockledge, FL; and his grandchildren, Sydney Troncalli of Arkansas, Myles Troncalli of Arkansas and Jason Cabrera of Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to any Veteran's Organization, High School ROTC program, or Lab Rescue of FL.
