More detail on this person: Art and I were in the same flight class and while on R&R I ran into him in Taipei . I was short on cash and Art loaned me 20 bucks. When I returned off R&R I simply put a $20 bill along with a note in an envelope and mailed it to him in country. Three years later I was talking to a Captain that I worked with and out of the blue he told me about a friend of his in country who had loaned a buddy 20 bucks and got the 20 back two days after an MPC conversion. I said Art Jocher and he said yes how did you know. I still owe Art that 20 bucks. Maybe some time down the road I can make it right.
