More detail on this person: Edward Lee James, 76, died Saturday, April 12, 2008 in a Fort Worth hospital. Mr. James was born April 11, 1932 in Big Mountain, West Virginia to Orb and Virginia Pearl Wickline James. He was a member of the Warrant Officers Association and Willow Park Baptist Church. Mr. James served his country with distinction in the US Army, one tour in Korea and two tours in Vietnam, earning the rank, CW04 Master Aviator.

Catherine James, his beloved wife, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children, Edward Lee James, Carlton Glen James, Jeanmarie James-Shelly, Vicky Lynn James and Martin Lee James; grandchildren, Brooke E. James, Leslie E. James, Chad R. French, Jessie L. Everett, Christopher M. James, Bryce A. James, Martin L. James II, Madison C. James and Katie A. James; great grandchildren, Corby, Jacob and Sarah; sisters, Helen, Shirley and Alice and a brother, Gene Autry James.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Wednesday at Willow Park Baptist.
