More detail on this person: Donald "Buck" K. Johnson passed away unexpectedly on February 25, 2019 at York Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Seattle, Washington on April 25, 1948 to Dan L. Johnson and Lila I. Johnson (Anderson). Having served two terms, Don was a highly decorated Vietnam rescue pilot, being honored with double purple hearts, a distinguished flying cross as well as many other medals. He loved sunsets, walking his beloved dog, Rufus, and being the best Papa to his two grandsons. Donald was predeceased by both his parents; Dan and Lila Johnson, and his brother Alan Johnson. He was survived by his loved and loving son Brian M. Johnson and fiancé Tessa A. Buckley; two grandsons Finnick T. Johnson and Gill E. Johnson, and his sister, Kay Snow.
