More detail on this person: My father was a Life Member of your organization (L03657). He passed away of August 20, 2018. I wanted to pass on this news along with the attached information to you, so that you could include him in one of your upcoming issues. All that I know is in the attachment and his call signs were "Beachbum 6" and "Arab 6". He is survived by Sandy, his wife of 61 years. He was laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama. Additionally would you please send me a copy of the edition he is noted in.
