More detail on this person: Russell S. Kyler of Cedar Park was called home to his Lord on Tuesday December 3rd, 2013. Russ was born in Huntingdon, PA on March 13th, 1924. He was a fighter pilot in WWII and Korea, and a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He was decorated numerous times for his service to his country. Russ is survived by his wife Joan of Cedar Park, daughter Jan Ware and grandson Jason Huff of Denver, CO; granddaughter Stacy Rink and her husband Cory, and granddaughter Amanda Ware all of Las Vegas, NV. Also, daughter Carol McAlister and her husband Jere, grandsons James and Steven McAlister,

and son John Sawrie, all of Austin. Visitation will be at Beck Funeral Home, 1700 E. Whitestone, Cedar Park, on Saturday December 7th, 5pm-7pm. The memorial service is at Triumphant Love Lutheran Church, 9508 Great Hills Trail, Austin, on Monday December 9th, at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund at http://www.fallenheroesfund.org
