More detail on this person: Ret CW-4 Joe Koch pasted away of a heart attack. He was working for Boeing Helicopter. I served with Joe on the Cobra NETT team in Vietnam. Joe later also served on the AH-64 team when the Army fielded the first aircraft. A good man gone.

I have just a couple of corrections on the information for Joe Koch. He passed away on 06/01/06. He served two tours in Vietnam. His first as an OH-6 scout pilot, and the second as a Cobra pilot. He was the very first AH-64A Apache SIP. He retired from the Army in 1985, and became a test pilot for Hughes Helicopters. Joe started on a path to management two years later while the company transitioned to McDonnell Douglas and finally The Boeing Company. He was the Senior Support Manager for Support Systems, and he received the Order of St. Michael in 2004.
