He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eileen Kondziolka; children Louise (John) Lynch, Michaelene (George) Takagi, David (Linda) Kondziolka, Tom Kondziolka, Mary (Brian) Donahue, and Rob (Marianne) Kondziolka; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother Louis (Barbara) Kondziolka; and sister, Sister Arcadia. Preceded in death by his son Edward, Jr. and grandchild, Robert, Jr. Served in the U.S. Air Force as a navigator and missileman for 34 years, and was a 4th Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus, a member of the Civitan Club, and a lifetime member of the Arizona Polish Club and VFW. Memorial Mass 1000 a.m., Wednesday, May 31, 2006. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 215 S. Craycroft. Interment of Cremains will be at Holy Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the Leukemia Society of America, Inc. Desert Mountain, 3877 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ, 85014. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.
