He was born to Davis L. and Billie Rebecca Key in Lafayette, La. Oct. 18, 1940. He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Charlene; daughter Wanda Kay Rudden; daughter-in-law Melissa Key; two sisters and one brother; seven loving grandchildren and numerous relatives throughout Texas. His son, John Howard Key, of Boerne preceded him in death.

Charlene Key advised that graveside services will be held 0930 hrs, Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Address is 238 Sisterdale Rd., Boerne, TX 78006
