January 10, 1948 - August 26, 2021 U.S. Army Veteran Roy Harber Lineberry, Jr., 73, passed away August 26th, 2021, in his home in Dammeron Valley, Utah. He was born January 10, 1948, in Frankfurt, Germany to Roy Lineberry, Sr. and Suzanne D'Hont Lineberry. Roy was married to Kathy Lineberry in San Bernardino, California on August 29, 1970. Roy was a police officer for 24 years in the Riverside, California Police Department. He served in the United States Army and Guard for 38 years. He was also a combat veteran in Vietnam. Roy received the Legion of Merit, Distinguished Flying Cross, and a Bronze Star. His hobbies included classic cars and he was a member of the Desert Rodders and Rods and Rebels car clubs. Roy is survived by his wife, Kathy of 51 years. He is also survived by a loving family and his sweet dog, Chevy. Internment will be at the Riverside, California National Cemetery.
