Gary left the Army as a CW2 and went on to a sucessful life as a railroad engineer with the MKT/UP railroads. He always remembered his buddies from his Army days and at times wished he had stayed in longer. He loved to fly and hated paperwork. He proudly hung his CAV hat, spurs and awards on his wall, and kept his best friends wings who was KIA until he died.

Survivors: Divorced spouse Jill, lives in SC with daughter Rachel, daughter Jessica lives in Los Angelos, CA.
