More detail on this person: Stephen Bryan Lee Stephen Bryan Lee Leesburg Today (VA) - Thursday, October 11, 2007 Stephen Bryan Lee, 64, died Oct. 2. Born May 17, 1943, in Ringgold, LA, his parents were Emma Lottie Newman and Jesse Lee. He was raised in Kilgore, TX, with his siblings Jessie Tisdale, Chloris Holland, Jo Lee and Robert Lee. He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years, including two tours in Vietnam, and an assignment to develop future intelligence systems at the Army's Command and General Staff College. A defense contractor after retirement, he worked for MRJ, SAIC and BAE Systems. Most recently, he volunteered for an assignment in Doha, Qatar, in support of the Iraq War. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Hamilton Thompson Masonic Lodge in Purcellville. He is survived by his wife Susan Andrews Lee; children Joanna Sloop, Stephanie Martin, Dana Rife and Gary Rife; and grandchildren Leslie, Gary Jr., Walter, Jack, Elizabeth Rife and Georgia Martin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
