More detail on this person: William Lenderman III joined the heavenly choir on Oct 21, 2017. Bill never met a stranger and was a friend to all. We will miss his bright smile, radiating warmth, and quirky sense of humor. Bill was born in July of 1943 in Delaware to parents William and Eleanor (Turoczy) Lenderman. Bill is survived by Sandy, his loving wife of over fifty-one years, his children Sherry (Dan) Ecklen, and Scott Lenderman, his grandchildren Matthew and Sarah Bustillos, and his brother Harry (LeAnn) Lenderman. His family meant the world to him. Bill spent his career helping and mentoring people with their finances. He was known around town as "El Paso's Old-Fashioned Finance Dude". Bill was passionate about his country. He served in the Army as a fixed-wing pilot during his first tour to Vietnam and he fought as a helicopter pilot in his second tour. Bill was very active in his church and served as an elder and deacon for many years. We take comfort in the knowledge that he has entered into Heaven and will spend eternity with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A celebration of his life will be held at Missio Dei Church on October 24 at 7:00pm. 11601 Montwood.
