More detail on this person: Robert S Lester LESTER, Robert S. Suddenly on June 30, 2010, Bob, age 67, of Voorhees, passed away. Bob served in the US Army for almost 10 years as a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War and was elevated to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer for his final 3 years of service. He worked for NAVICP in Philadelphia, retiring after 27 years of emploment. He is survived by his wife, Michele (nee Raspa); his children, Sarah, Michele, Robert (Heather), Jennifer (Paul) Miller and Leonard (Laurie) Germino; ten grandchildren; his brother, Richard; numerous nieces and nephews as well as his close friend, Ralph Gumba. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday beginning at 12:00 PM at Kresson Bible Church, 329 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043 where his funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM. Interment with military honors immediately following at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arney-town. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the South Jersey Vietnam Veterans Association, 275 Wilmer Street, Glassboro, NJ 08028. Arrangements HEALEY FUNERAL HOME.
