More detail on this person: Larry P. Lindberg Of Sun City, AZ, passed away April 28, 2017. He was born on July 15, 1947 in Dickenson, ND. Preceded in death by his parents Pierce and Betty Lindberg, Larry was a graduate of Puyallup High School and St. Martin's college. He joined the Tacoma Police Dept. in 1975 and retired in 2003. Larry was also retired from the Army with the rank of Captain. Survived by his wife Linda, daughters Sara (Chris) and Ruthanne, sons Jacob (Andrea) and Jeff (Robyn), grandson Preston, brother Jeff (Sue), sister Sally (Joe), and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.A celebration of his life will be held at the AMVETS Post 1 on June 9th from 3 to 6 pm. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC.
