More detail on this person: Harry B Leche Army Maj. Harry B. Leche Jr., a native of New Orleans, died Wednesday at Fort Knox, Ky., after a sudden illness. He was 41. Maj. Leche was a graduate of Jesuit High School and Troy State University, later receiving an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Maj.
