More detail on this person: LT (then) Jeffrey Lee Lewis was a Navy Helicopter Pilot attached to Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three, HA(L)-3, Detachment 6 in 1968 to 1969 where he was awarded 14 Air Medals - Strike/Flight; 3 Air Medals - Individual Action; Navy Achievement Medal with Combat V; Presidential Unit Citation; Vietnam Service Medal w/4 bronze stars; Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation; Vietnam Civil Actions Unit Citation; and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. Further duty stations and awards are unknown at this time, but retired as CAPT.
