More detail on this person: So sorry to have this bad news about COL Ron Merritt's death. Ron's son-in-law called me at 3:45 this afternoon, Saturday, Jan. 24th, to tell me Ron passed away today at 6 AM (Minnesota time). He said the funeral will be in Arlington National Cemetery as planned, but did not know when, but they will keep me posted. Is there anything I need to do, do you think? Gunni is Ron's Norwegian wife. Ron's 1st tour -- CO 129th AHC. Ron's 2nd tour -- CO 10th CAB (Holloway)
