More detail on this person: Rich and I served with 128th AHC in 67-68 and were friends since the day we left for Boot Camp in the summer of 66. I was notified by Rich's son Bryan of his Dad's passing and was going to write the Obit, when we decided to let Bryan do it. At present he is composing it and I needed to know if there is a special form or format for this. If not we will use what seems to be standard form in the VHPA magazine. Bryan will also need an address to send this to. The following is Rich's info:

Richard Maltais DOB March 23, 1941 DOD October 20, 2015 Class 67-7 Unit VN 128th AHC (1967-1968)

Rich and I met the morning we left for Boot Camp (Ft Polk), we were in the same flight class 67-7 and both served in the 128th (67-68). We were also life long friends and promised to write and submit each other's Obits when the time came. I have been in close contact with Bryan Maltais, Rich's son.
