More detail on this person: Charles A Mykytyn, 64 Charles A. Mykytyn Contra Costa Times (Walnut Creek, CA) - Thursday, September 13, 2007 CA United States Charles A. Mykytyn Resident of Danville Chuck passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's disease on August 23rd. He was 64. He graduated form the University of Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in Petroleum Engineering and Geology. Chuck served in Vietnam as a Captain in the United Stated Army and was a decorated helicopter pilot. After his tour he worked with Union Carbide Corp. for 19 years and continued his career with Air Liquide America L.P. for 15 years before retiring. Chuck leaves behind his wife Anita, daughter Alli, his sister Natalie and many loved, respected friends and colleagues. He will be missed. A memorial celebration for Chuck will be held at our home at 529 Farragut Place Danville, CA on Saturday September 15, 2007 with a gathering at 3:00 followed by remembrances at 4:00.
