More detail on this person: Leonard Franklin "Frank" Mayes, 77, of Madison, Alabama, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016, at his residence.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2016, from 10 until 11 a.m. at Kilgore-Greene Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Dr. Danny Wiggins and Levi Mueller will officiate.

Mayes was preceded in death by his son, Dale Franklin Mayes; father, Robert Lovett Mayes; sisters, Naomi Faye Mayes and Patricia Ann Mayes; brother, Robert Harold Mayes; and grandparents, Alvis and Ida Howel and Jack and Dora Mayes.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita Lea Mayes; daughters, Latricia Lea Mayes Barnes (Bob) and Tracy Rene Mayes Mueller; grandchildren, Joshua Robert Barnes (Lauren), Levi Patrick Mueller (Keegan) and Jonathan Brandon Barnes (Dani); nine great-grandchildren; mother, Sibyl Agatha Mayes; sister, Yolanda Joan Mayes; and brothers, Melvin Mitchell Mayes and Irvin Lelton Mayes.
