A native of Kentucky, he moved to Tampa in 1972 from Rapid City, S.D. A retired Air Force colonel, he served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Sis;Q and a daughter, Rebecca L. Kerr of Tampa. Mark III Funeral Home, Tampa.
