More detail on this person: Paul W. Marquard Huntsville Times, The (AL) - Thursday, October 25, 2001 April 30, 1940 - Oct. 23, 2001 Paul W. Marquard, of Rainsville, a U.S. Marine veteran, died Tuesday. He was 61. Mr. Marquard served in Vietnam and worked for the state, of Connecticut as a senior inspector in the Division, of Criminal Justice. Survivors include Ida Doylene "Dodie" Hooper Marquard; two sons, Eric Marquard, of Oneonta and Matthew Marquard, of Rainsville; one brother, Jan Marquard, of Danbury, Conn.; and two grandsons, Samuel Paul Marquard and William Anthony Marquard. Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Revs. Michael Stonbraker and Roger Graham officiating. Burial will be in Aspel Cemetery.
