Miller was retired from the Army. Born in Winston-Salem, N.C., he moved to Central Florida in 1966. He was Protestant. He was an Army veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars and a member of the Retired Officers Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors: wife, Carmela; sons, Michael A., Thomas S., Robert B., David B., all of Orlando; sister, Betty Rosser, Bristol, Va.; five grandchildren. Beacon's Natio nal Cremation Society, Winter Park.
