More detail on this person: Lt Col Joseph Paul Morris, 68 Obituaries Fayetteville Observer, The (NC) - Friday, April 2, 1999 LAKE WACCAMAW _ Retired Army Lt. Col. Joseph Paul Morris, 68, of 2204 Canal Cove Road died Wednesday in his home. Mr. Morris was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a regional sales manager for Brownell Electro for more than 15 years. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sandhill State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake. Arrangements are being handled by McKenzie Mortuary. Mr. Morris is survived by his wife, Gladys S. Morris of Lake Waccamaw; a daughter, Marjorie J. Morris of Sanford; a son, Michael J. Morris of Miami; a stepdaughter, Robin P. Cannady of Whiteville; a sister, Helen Vazrick of Charlotte, Vt.; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 8:30 at the home.
