Munson Head-on Collision Fatal to Two Men MANDEVILLE - Two men were killed about 1:24 a.m. Thursday when their vehicles collided head-on between here and Covington on U.S. 190, State Police Troop L said. They were identified as William A. Munson, 31, of Hammond and Samuel M. Schwartz, 27, of Mandeville. Evidence indicates Munson's stationwagon crossed the centerline of the road and collided head-on with Schwartz's pickup.
