Dwight Mullins was in 68-37, Flight B3. He was killed on a day training flight, enroute to the stage field from Dempsey Heliport, during the first week of Primary 2 training.

WOC Dwight Mullins was my class mate. The aircraft involved in this accident was a TH-55A which was the only aircraft Dwight flew in during training.
