Honored by Governor Keating with the first Larry Nobles Achievement Award symbolizing professionalism and dedication in the staffing industry. This award was created by O.A.P.C. Known internationally as a trainer, author and motivator in the industry. Survived by: wife, Janet Kathleen Nobles; daughter, Mary Lauren Nobles and son, Conor Clay Nobles of Bixby; brother, Jimmy Allen and wife, Carol Nobles of Broken Arrow, OK; his parents, Homer and Jane Nobles of Sperry, OK. Memorial service 3 p.m., Thursday at Hope Unitarian Church, 8432 S. Sheridan Rd., Tulsa. Interment Bixby Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Brain Tumor Assoc., 2720 River Road, Des Plains, IL 60018. Under the direction of Bixby Funeral Service, 369-1700.
